These terms apply to purchases from Astasia (we, us, our) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Last updated 6 November 2026.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order. Payment is taken at the time of order and processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens we will refund anything you have paid. Every piece is handmade, so small variations in print placement and colour are part of the product rather than faults.
We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are posted within a few business days of payment and you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Change of mind: if you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days of delivery. Unworn pieces in their original condition can be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method. Return postage for change of mind is at your cost, and we recommend tracked post.
Faulty items: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If a piece arrives faulty or is not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it and cover the return postage.
Care instructions are on every product page. Damage caused by not following them, for example machine washing, tumble drying or ironing silk on high heat, is wear rather than a fault.
The Astasia name, prints, designs, photographs and website content belong to Astasia and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the item. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Queensland.
